Beacon Hill Renovations

Renew · Restore · Reimagine

Your home gets the same care we'd give our own.

A small remodeling company serving Forsyth County and North Georgia. We take one project at a time and finish it properly — no overbooking, no disappearing crews, no wondering who's showing up on Tuesday.

What we do

Remodeling, start to finish

Here's what we do — and a standing answer on everything else: if it's smaller than what's listed here, ask anyway. We'd rather do a good job on a small one than turn away a neighbor.

Kitchens

Layout changes, cabinetry, counters, and the trim work that makes a kitchen look finished rather than assembled.

Bathrooms

Full renovations through to tile, fixtures, and vanities — with what's behind the walls done properly, not just what shows.

Basements

Turning unfinished square footage into living space: framing, insulation, egress, and a floor plan that actually works.

Decks & Porches

Wood and composite decks, screened porches, and repairs to structures that have stopped feeling solid underfoot.

Painting

Interior and exterior. Proper prep, clean lines, and walls that still look right in two years — most of painting is what happens before the brush.

Flooring

Hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, and laminate. Level subfloors, tight seams, and transitions that don't catch a toe.

Electrical

Lighting, outlets, switches, fixtures, and panel work as part of a remodel — planned and run properly, so what's behind the walls holds up as well as what you see in front of them.

Starting out, nothing is too small. A single room, a repair, a punch list somebody else walked away from — those are how a new company earns the reviews that bring the bigger jobs, so they get the same attention.

Why homeowners pick us

Quality over quantity — and we mean it literally.

Most remodeling complaints aren't about craftsmanship. They're about a contractor who took on six jobs and can only staff two.

One at a time

We don't overbook

Keeping the workload manageable is the whole business model. It's why your project keeps moving instead of stalling out.

You'll know

Straight communication

You hear what's happening, when it's happening, and what it costs — before it costs it. Surprises are a planning failure.

Both sides

Trade and management

Mike worked the tools as an electrician and ran remodels as a project manager. Two very different skills, and both matter.

You get the owner

Not a salesperson at the estimate and a stranger on the job. The person who quotes it is the person running it.

Our story

Named for where we started. Built for where we live now.

Beacon Hill is a nod to Massachusetts — the place our family spent years before Georgia became home. We kept the name because the standards we learned there came with us.

Mike is an Air Force veteran, a husband, and a proud father of two teenage boys. In Massachusetts he worked as a licensed electrician. After the family relocated to Georgia for his wife's career, he moved into remodeling as a project manager — helping homeowners transform their spaces while keeping projects on schedule and expectations exceeded.

That combination is unusual. Plenty of contractors can build. Fewer have spent years being the person accountable when a schedule slips or a budget drifts. Mike has been on both ends of that conversation, which is why the estimate you get is one he intends to hold to.

We're a family business, and we run it like one. Every job is a house someone is going to keep living in long after we've packed up.
